How do I order?

Send a request via DM on Instagram @olveraluxe.nailstudio or email to olveraluxenailstudio@gmail.com 

ln the request please include inspiration photos of the shade ur wanting , what your vision is, and desired shape/length.

What comes with the set?

•   10 nails.
•   Application kit (mini file, , mini buffer , cuticle pusher, nail glue, 2x alcohol pads, cuticle oil pad)

 Sizes 

Please make sure to buy a "Nail Sizing Kit" to know your size and please message me your nail sizes via Instagram, Email, or Please type in your nail sizes in the ADD NOTE section of checkout!

Custom Set Policies

1. Custom requests are requests. I reserve the right to accept or decline requests.
2. Final level and price will be determined after request review.
3. All sales are final. Once you have purchased your set the sale is complete.

Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: Each set is handcrafted with care. Please allow 5-10 business days for production before your order ships. Custom designs may take longer depending on complexity.

• Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days

• Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be sent once your package ships.

Refund Policies

• No Refunds/Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our press-ons, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing before ordering.

• Lost or Delayed Packages: Once shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier.
