1. Custom Orders & Press-On Nails Policy

• Processing Time: Custom orders take 5-10 days to create before shipping.

• Design Approval: Once a custom order is finalized, no further changes can be made.

• No Refunds on Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of these products, refunds and exchanges are not available.

2. Shipping Policy

•Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-10 business days with potential to be sooner .

Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method selected.

•Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

•International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. 

If applicable, customers are responsible for customs fees.

 

3.Return & Refund Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier.
